RETURNS POLICY
30 DAY RETURN
For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:
You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the date you received the product.
The product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
ORDER CANCELLATION TIME
The order cancellation deadline is 24 hours from the date you placed the order online. Upon receipt or delivery to a third party, your order will not be accepted
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
All shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the item.
In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.
MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED
If the product is damaged upon delivery/receipt, please take a photo of the damaged product. Notify us of such delivery via email.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We make every effort to ensure that the products we supply to you are of high quality and free of defects. If the product is defective, please notify us via email and attach a product photo.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND TIME
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange the return and process a full refund for defective products. But if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the product. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
REFUND METHOD
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will include the purchase price of the product minus any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process your parcel. Once your refund is issued, please wait for it to process and appear on your bank statement.
If you still haven’t received your refund, check your bank account first
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before the refund is officially credited.
